so I decided on "Northanger Abbey" by Jane Austen.

The first chapter was kinda tough to get through. I haven't read Austen in a while. But I'm about 39 pages into it and I love it thus far. It makes me want to travel back in time and put on a beautiful dress. I would love to have lived in the 1800's. But just for a short time. I love the luxuries of our modern time.

So I finished the Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child book I wasa reading. It was good. I recommend it.

I can't decided what to read next. Just finished reading a mystery so I think I want to do something different now.

I was going to read the Red River but I just couldn't get into it. I think I'm going to try and read the Pale Blue Eye instead... although that's a myster.

hmmm...maybe I'll read a girly book.

yeah, girly book it is.

I think it's about time I decided what I'm going to major in. hmmm. . .

teaching?

or. . .

nothing with too much science. I really don't like science.

business?

depending on what kind of business. nothing involving customer service. I'm done with customer service.

interior design?

I may have to move to find any good business. and i wouldn't want to the stress of owning my own business so i'd have to work for somebody. can't think of any great places around here.

cooking?

hahahahahah.

okay. I should have started thinking about this like 5 years ago, at least. hopefully i'll figure it out along the way. wish me luck!

Came upon them at a thrift store. Well I came upon their book at a thrift store. well I was never really ON the book, but I did find it on a shelf and I took it off the shelf and purchased it. Anyway, I like it so far. I'm very curious to see how it plays out in the end. It's not as gory as the Relic which is the prequel to this one. I enjoy their characters. I anticipate that this wont be one of my favorite books of theirs but I'm sure I wont regret reading it. We'll see!
